1. Waterways Directory accepts listings requests for all inland waterways businesses and organisations. Inclusion of any listing request remains at the sole discretion of Waterways Directory.
2. All descriptions of listings are accepted in good faith and Waterways Directory accepts no responsibility as to the accuracy of any claims regarding the quality or availability of any products or services listed in the Directory.
3. Key words submitted for listings must reflect the actual products and services offered and inclusion remains at the discretion of Waterways Directory. Use of marketing terms such as "The number one" or "The best.." cannot be included.
4. Waterways Directory endeavours to keep all entries up to date but it is the responsibility of all advertisers to advise us of any changes to listings.

Banner Advertising

1. Waterways Directory will provide banner design and hosting under the same conditions of acceptance listed above.
2. Payment for banner advertising should be by cheque payable to "Wordmaster Limited" and sent to: 47, Station Road, Aldershot, Hants, GU11 1BA.
3. An invoice will be issued at the time of publication and approval (by client) of a banner advertisement. Payment terms are 30 days.
4. Waterways Directory reserves the right to remove any banner advertisement if payment is not received within 30 days of invoice.

Website Design

1. Waterways Directory provides a complete website design service in full consultation with the client.
2. The service includes design of up to 10 pages, hosting, webspace provision and ongoing site management and maintenance.
3. Site maintenance within the terms of the agreement includes minor changes to text and images throughout the year, but does not include any major redesign which we would be pleased to quote for additionally.
4. Payment for web design and hosting should be by cheque payable to "Wordmaster Limited " and sent to: 47, Station Road, Aldershot, Hants, GU11 1BA.
5. An invoice will be issued at the time of publication and approval (by client) of a website. Payment terms are 30 days.
6. Waterways Directory reserves the right to remove any website if payment is not received within 60 days of invoice (subject to prior written notification to client).
7. Waterways Directory accepts no liability for any consequential losses resulting from non availability of the client's website for any reason.
8. If a personalised web address is required, this will be subject to availability. Our standard terms for the additional option of a web address include all registration and hosting fees. We also include re-direction of emails to the clients existing email account (full advice can be provided to set this up).
